Hi my name is Alycia Hepler and I will be teaching your children reading, writing, spelling, and grammar this year. This is my ninth year to teach, and my third year at Pine Tree Middle 5/6. Reading News!!! |
Student's should be reading nightly and testing on books in their level. If they don't reach their AR goal for they six weeks, they will not be allowed to attend the Six Week Movie.
We have added a Reading Log to the back of the assignment sheet. Please make sure this is completed and signed weekly. |

We are reading the novel Little House on the Prairie. We are focusing on author's purpose, author's point of view, inferencing, and drawing conclusions.
We will be taking the 1st Reading Benchmark the week of Oct. 20.
