I am excited to have the opportunity to work with your child. I will make every effort to make the classroom a welcoming and fun place to learn.

In order for your child to be successful in Pre-K, they will need your support at home. I will be contacting you at times to share how your child is doing. Things that you can work on at home are: counting to 30, recognizing shapes (circle, square, rectangle, and triangle), colors, and the letters. Please read the library book that your child brings home weekly. We visit the library on Wednesday.

School attendance is very important! Please have your child at school on time and ready to learn unless they are ill. Our morning class begins at 8:00 and our afternoon class begins at 12:15. Thank you for sharing your child with me!

Check the backpack!
Please check your child's backpack daily. Take all papers out of your child's folder, sign the daily behavior sheet and return the next school day. If there are notes to be sent home, this is where they will be. I check backpacks as soon as the students get here in case you have to send me a note.
