Welcome to Mrs. Anderson's Class!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Anderson and I teach 8th Grade U.S.History. I am a Pine Tree Graduate as well as University of Texas Graduate (Hook em'Horns!) so I know through experience the awesome education that Pine Tree ISD provides to all students.
This will be my 18th year teaching at Pine Tree. I love teaching Junior High students! There is never a dull moment with this age group!

Supplies Needed

U.S. HISTORY SUPPLY LIST

**Please bring the following every day to class:**

3 RING BINDER, DIVIDERS
SPIRAL NOTEBOOK – graded weekly
PAPER, MAP COLORS
BLUE OR BLACK PENS, RED PENS
#2 PENCILS, HIGHLIGHTER

**Also REQUIRED but not used as often:**
(both used throughout the year)
4 x 6 INDEX CARDS
GLUE STICKS

**ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A BOX OF KLEENEX at the start of school year**

Dear Parents and Students,

I am excited to have the opportunity to teach your child this year!

CLASS MANAGEMENT PLAN:

1. Be prepared for class -Arrive on time with supplies and AR Book
2. Follow all school rules- Know rules in your handbook
3. Turn in assignments on time
4. Show respect to teacher and classmates- Do not talk while others are talking. No teasing, put-downs or bad language
5. The teacher releases class.-Don’t rush out of room when
bell rings. Wait for teacher release.
