Skill Focus - (TEKS 10H) Draw inferences such as conclusions and generalizations and support them with text evidence.

We will be listening to music from Star Wars as we study about outer space this week.
Students may want to create the following substance at home to enhance our study of the Solar System. It is out of this world! :)

"Moon Mud"
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
blue food coloring
pan and spoon

Using a spoon, evenly blend the water with the cornstarch in a pan. Moon mud should be thick enough to form a ball by rolling it between your palms. Add more water or cornstarch if needed.
Fold in food coloring.
(This should be used like playdough. Please do not eat it.)
