Each week we will have a focus story that will tie in with specific reading skills and spelling patterns.

Each Friday a "Take-home reader" will be sent home with an assigned story to be read aloud with an adult. The reader will be due the following Friday. Other books may be sent home during the week for added practice in vocabulary and fluency building.
