We offer reading support through various reading programs. These programs are designed to assist children who are having difficulty learning to read by giving them alternative strategies. Programs include Project Read, Edmark, Literacy and Comprension. These students are identified through various reading assessments.

We offer math support for students who are below level and who are having difficulty with various math skills. These students are identified through Benchmark math assessments.

We offer individual assistance to students in reading or math who need stragegies to help them be successful with various skills in their calssroom.

I have been teaching for 22 years, 10 of those years I am proud to say have been at Pine Tree ISD. I am a Special Education and Content Mastery teacher. I absolutely love my job! I try every strategy I know, to try to help that child learn to read, do math, and help individually. This is one of the most rewarding jobs I could do and I love it!
