Parents and Students:

Listed below are times and days Symphonic Band students will have sectionals. Each student will be required to attend a 40 minute sectional once a week at the designated time below. Also, all students will be required to pass-off fundamental exercises on a weekly basis for a grade. Students will be given the sectional time to pass-off each required exercise. This is a minimal amount of time students will be required to spend outside of band class time.

The purpose of sectionals is to develop the individual playing skills of each student and build on group playing concepts as a section. These sectionals will begin Tuesday January 18, 2011.

TUESDAY: Flute and Clarinet
WEDNESDAY: Low Reeds (Bari Sax, Bassoon, Tenor Sax, Bass Clarinet)
THURSDAY: Trumpet, Horn and Alto Sax
FRIDAY: Low Brass

3:45PM to 4:45PM

MONDAY: Percussion
