THANK YOU! Parents we want to thank each of you for being so patient and cooperative as we continue to implement safety measures on our campus. Please be reminded of the following as you visit our campus.
Visitors: Please sign in and out each time you visit us. Bring your driver’s license! Each time you visit our campus we will scan your license and issue you a Visitor’s Tag. This tag will display your name, picture, and date of your visit. Please return Visitor Tag to the office when you sign out.
We will also ask to see your license if you are picking up your child. Seeing your license will verify your identity, allowing us to release your child safely into your care.
Morning Drop-off and Afternoon Pick-up: We want to thank everyone for helping us with smooth traffic flow in the morning and afternoon. We ask that you continue to refrain from walking your child across the street during the morning drop off time and from picking them up at the front door during afternoon pick up time. This has allowed our circle drive traffic to keep moving! If your child is a car rider in the afternoon, make certain you have a car tag. This tag will have your child's name and teacher's name. If you do not have this car tag, you will be asked to come in and show proper identification before picking up your child.
Bus Riders: If your student rides the bus in the afternoon, an adult must be visible in order for the driver to let the child off. If not, the student will return to campus.
Reminders: Continue to check your child’s backpack and/or folder daily. There are a lot of fun things happening here at PTE and notes are sent home when needed to keep you informed! Please put your child's name on backpacks, lunch kits and in jackets, sweaters, etc. We always accumulate a large amount of things in our "Lost and Found". We want to be able to return any lost items to their owner and putting your child's name on or in these items will help us.
