Welcome to the Intervention Lab Website! The Intervention Lab is located in room 202. Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Howe are here to assist students by reinforcing skills taught in the classroom. We work with students in a small group setting, and by doing this we get immediate feedback.
We are currently working on geometry terms such as parallel, perpendicular, congruent, acute, obtuse, etc. Also, memorizing multiplication and division facts is important!!!
We recommend that all students learn and memorize the multiplication facts to the twelves. This will make the skills taught in math so much easier. We have games to help learn the times tables.
Mrs. Davis is in the computer lab from 7:30 until 8:00 each morning to monitor math practice games and help with homework. You are encouraged to arrive before 7:45 if you would like to practice math on the computer.
We also encourage students to keep up with their A.R. reading goals. There are A.R. books located in our room, and students are welcome to visit the lab, get comfortable, and read a book!
