Welcome to the Transition Program!

This year you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English I and Algebra I and move to the High School in the Spring as full 9th graders.

We will meet at the Junior High for ELA/Reading and Algebra I in the morning. After lunch we will go to the ExCEL campus area for a few other courses starting with World Geography. Then you will end your day at the PT High School campus area for Science.
Second Semester 2012 is divided between PTHS and PT ExCEL.

Monday 1/23 --Focus on TEKS—workbook pages 13-17

Tuesday 1/24-- Complete and discuss yesterday’s assignment.
Notes on the conjunctions “Fanboys”
Worksheet page 57-58

Wed. 1/25--Focus on Teks pages18-23

Thurs. 1/26--Complete the packet from Wed.

Fri. 1/27--Simple, Compound and Complex sentences pages page 55-56 and pages 155-156

10:00-11:25 Second ELAR Class/Algebra I Class
11:25 Lunch for students 2nd lunch
12:15-3:20 ExCEL Courses World Geography, Speech, PE, and IPC

7th and 8th period conference flip/flops with Mr. Conway.
