Hello!!! My name is Jennifer Roberts and I am the 8th Grade Counselor at Pine Tree Junior High. I continued my education at Stephen F. Austin State University receiving my BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and MA in School Counseling. Go LUMBERJACKS!!!! I was in the classroom for 10 years with 9 of them at Pine Tree Elementary. I have experience in Kindergarten, First grade, Second grade, and Second grade ESL. My school counseling experience involves years at the junior high and high school levels. I have been married to my husband Clint for 13 years and we have 2 fabulous, energetic boys. Trent is a 6th grader at Pine Tree Middle School and his little brother Brady started Kindergarten this year at Pine Tree Primary. All of my boys keep me pretty busy!! In my spare time, (Ha Ha!) I enjoy shopping, interior design (I am a design consultant for Willow House), remodeling projects, and pursuing my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure. I am excited to see my students and their parents again. I also anticipate the arrival of our new incoming 8th grade pirates and hope to help them and their parents with a smooth transition. As you can tell, I love my job and look forward to another fabulous year at PTJH!
