Mr. Jeter began his educational experience in 1975 after graduating from Texas A & M University. He began a teaching and coaching career at Forest Park Junior High and came to Pine Tree in 1978 as a science teacher. He served in that capacity fro 1978 to 1994. In 1994, he completed his Master's degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin University. In 1995, he was hired as Assistant Principal at Pine Tree Junior High and held that position for three years. Debbie Terry is the 9th grade assistant principal at PTJH. In 1993, Mrs. Terry received the Bachelor of Science in Education degree from East Texas Baptist University. She earned a Master of Education with a major in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2002. Clay Gillentine is the new 8th grade assistant principal. Mr. Gillentine graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education. He will complete his superintendant's certification at Texas A & M Commerce in December of 2007. In 1999, he begin his career as an educator in the Pine Tree schools. Mr. Gillentine has worked on three campuses, teaching P.E. and science, coaching, and serving as assistant principal at the middle 7 campus.
