Welcome to 2nd Grade P E
My name is Kathielene Bolton. I am the 2nd Grade Physical Education Teacher. I am a graduate of Pittsburg High School, Kilgore Jr. College and Texas A&M University at Commerce, formally East Texas State University. I have been teaching at Pine Tree Elementary for the past twenty years. Prior to coming to Pine Tree, I taught K-12 Physical Education at Union Hill ISD. In addition to teaching, my duties included coaching Jr. High girls basketball, serving as the High School Pep Squad Leader, and Jr. High and High School Cheer Leader Sponsor. It is a pleasure to be your child's teacher this year. I look forward to making learning fun! If at anytime during the year you have questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

Congratulations goes out to the following students for making the "Running Club" the 3rd Nine Weeks. To be a member of the Running Club 7 year old girls must run 1/4 mile in 2:00 minutes or less. 7 year old boys must run 1/4 mile in 1:52 or less. 8 year old girls have to run 1/2 mile in 4 minutes and 6 seconds and 8 year old boys must run 1/2 mile in 3:41 or less.
Super Jumpers for the Nine Weeks
To be a "Super Jumper" in P.E. students must be able to jump a rope turned by themselves fifty times in one minute. Our "Super Jumper for the third nine weeks by classes are:
