We have three fifth grade science benchmarks scheduled this year. Each one will be in the same format as the Science TAKS test. Due to the passing standard on TAKS being somewhere around 75-78%, the passing standard for our benchmarks has been set at 76%. A review of the topics found in your child's science journal is an excellent way to prepare for these assessments.
