c. Make a print drawing of a project to make in class
3. Review reading a tape measure.
a. Assignment reading a tape measure
b. Assignment sheet tape measure reading.
c. Using the cutting torch
4. Welding assignments
a. Butt weld up hill 6010, 7018 welding rods
b. Flat plate over head 6010 welding rods
c. T weld over head 6010 welding rods

2nd six weeks

1. Tig. welding
a. operation of the tig welder
b. proper gas mixture for welding
c. welding exercise
d. six welds on flat plate
e. t weld flat weld
f. butt weld 2 plates together
2. Plasma cam operation
a. Plasma cam set up
b. Program plasma cam to cut out image
c. Run plasma cam to cut out image
3. Student and instructor projects.

3rd six weeks

4th six weeks

a. Finish projects for district and state competition

5th six weeks
