Hello Everyone! This is my 9th year to teach at PTHS. I teach Geometry and Computer Science.
I earned my BS in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and earned my teaching certificate from Stephen F. Austin. I am married and have four daughters. They are all former graduates of PTHS. I am a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church on Pine Tree Road. I love the TV show LOST and I can't wait until the new season starts. I am an avid runner and cyclist plus I love to do Pilates. I plan on running the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. this October. |

Regular Computer Science |

This is an introductory course in which students are introduced to several popular programming languages. The course includes Visual Basic, C++, HTML and Java Script. |

AP Computer Science 'A' |

This course is equivalent to a college level beginning programming course. We will learn important concepts of Computer Science using Java. This class will prepare students for the second part of AP Computer Science, the 'AB' class and the 'A' level AP test. |

AP Computer Science 'AB' |

|
This is the second year course of AP Computer Science which will prepare students to take either the 'A' or 'AB' level AP exam. |
