Teacher request forms for students entering Kindergarten will be available April 28 – May 9, 2008. Request forms may be printed from online button below, and are also available at your child’s current campus. All teacher request forms must be returned to your child’s current campus. For specific teacher requests to be considered, eight names must be listed on the request forms. Teacher request forms picked up at your child’s current campus have a list of the next grade level’s teachers on the back.
