I am Richard Holsomback and I have 23 years of teaching experience. I attended Louisiana Tech University, Southern Methodist University and the University of North Texas. I am now starting my ninth year here in Pine Tree in the 2007-2008 school year. I have previously taught in Mansfield ISD, Dallas ISD, Grand Prairie ISD and Duncanville ISD over in the Dallas metroplex area. I also enjoy “free-lance” playing in our area and I have done adjunct teaching at several universities here in our area. My daughter Katie is a proud member of “The Pride” at the high school. She is very active in our band program and a majorette for the 07-08 school year. My wife Kay is employed at Neiman Marcus here at their National Distribution Center and we have lived here in Pine Tree since the summer of 1999.
