Books are the most valuable treasures of all!
Welcome to Pirate's Cove!
Ahoy, mates! Ye've landed at Pirate's Cove. When we pirates have pillaged and plundered poor souls, we bring our treasures back here to keep them safe from other thievin' scoundrels. These treasures are not of silver, gold, or jewels. No, mate! These treasures are books, the most valuable treasures of all. They will make ye rich with knowledge! Ya can be captain of yer own adventure when ye read a book. Be ye warned!! Ya will be "hooked" on reading when ye visit Pirate's Cove.

Library Classes
Students visit the library with their classes every two weeks for lessons in library skills. Some of the skills they learn are how to identify fiction and non-fiction books, how to read call numbers on books, how to use the Dewey Decimal System, and how to use the Search Station to locate specific books in the library. Please help your child remember to return library books promptly every two weeks.

Because our library has flexible scheduling, the students may also come to the library with a library pass at other times during the day to exchange their books.
