I went K-12 at Harmony ISD. After graduating from high school, I went to College Station, TX to get my degree at Texas A&M University. Somewhere in the middle of going to football games, basketball games, and presiding as service director of the TAMU Iron Spikes ( ironspikes.tamu.edu ), I managed to get my degree in Agricultural Economics with a minor in business.

Three weeks after graduating from Texas A&M University, I was back in East Texas and getting a job at the Pine Tree Middle 5/6 as the social studies and PE teacher for that department. I also coached football and baseball after school. After 2 years of that, I made the move to the high school to teach World Geography and U.S. History, and to also coach varsity football and JV girl's soccer. I am looking forward to a great year!
