WELCOME TO 8TH GRADE READING
My name is Yvonne Rich and I am excited to begin my 8th year teaching Reading at Pine Tree. I previously taught first grade at Gladewater I.S.D., but now make my home here in Pirate territory. I am married to a fellow P.T. teacher, Daniel Rich, who is also the girls soccer coach. GO LADY PIRATES! We have two wonderful daughters, Marisa and Cameron.
It is my goal to make this class a pleasurable experience in which students will not only learn all the tools necessary for success on the TAKS test, but will also develop a love of reading.
